Love it!! Did you get to poke around the ruins or just enjoy from afar? It looks like an old cabin. I was going to say I like old ruins but I didn't want to seem forward. MB
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!

Great find, Jacob!
How neat to find these old ruins. It's amazing they've lasted so long!
At least you can spell... ;-)
It's great that we can still find relics like this "in the wild." Nice discovery.
You have some fantastic shots here! I love the golden trees and I'm especailly drawn to the sand dunes. Very nice.

Did you see/hear any ghosts? How I would love to explore there.
