For me, blue is a relaxing color. Blue sea. Blue sky. This blue sky is no exception; and we don't see it this blue in Asia, ever. Am I seeing right; those are bits an pieces of shale in the foreground? Whatever it is, they add color and texture, as do the tufts of vegetation, to your image.
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!
