Is Colorado part of "Big Sky Country"? It should be!
We are heading out to visit more houses tomorrow. It's really slim pickings in our price range and I am not feeling too optimistic. :( If only we were moving to Florida! :)
Boy, you got around. I remember this place as being desolate and ugly after seeing so much that was inspiring. Maybe we didn't have a blue day. What I remember that was totally awesome was driving past Blue Lake up to Crested Butte. The lighting was outstanding, and I hope I have some pix on film somewhere, but maybe not. There were too many times I didn't carry a camera then. Did you go up there? Yes, I've been going out a bit, but not walking far. I did take the deer pix on the way to taking my old printer to the dump.
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!
