What terrific photos of your train ride. I really like the open car. I have never seen one of those before. I like the old water tower too...brings to mind the TV show 'Petticoat Junction'.
Jacob, again lots of great photos. Just would like to train in the mountains go. Must be a beautiful view and cool seats. For you are great spaces in nature. Here are pushing one village to another. The car with a log cabin in tow, I had never seen before. Someone moves a summer home? Have a great weekend! Hello! Peter.
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!

That would be an interesting trip on an open train! Cruise Pictures
This is a train ride I'd gladly take, especially on a drop dead gorgeous day like you got here, Jacob!
I have never been on a train like this. Interesting and the view is surreal.
