Same question as MB and VP, same feeling as JM and ya know what? I think I'm going to regret following this particular blog. I'm going to love it too much.
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!

It looks so tiny up on that big mountain. What is being mined there? MB
The photo is wonderful but I always have this strange feeling when I see such 'desecration' on nature...
Do you know whay kind of mine is this?
It looks scary dangerous, but cool!

There seem to be a lot of "mining" stories in the news lately. Mostly not pleasant. Your photo is nice, though, Jacob.
Did you take the tour? I have never done that -- probably because I don't want to go inside a mountain and then be cold as well.
