Photo one must be Stringtown! What a neat effect. Nice entry photos---if you blink, you miss that left turn!
In response, the only time I really spent time in Leadville was '06 when I took Mom to see the museum on mining. You can see my short movie at http://rozzimemories.multiply.com - find the video section for "Leadville in July". Have yet to take that train ride!
maybe not a 'barn' exactly, but it's old & very cool looking - that could have been a post for 'Old Barns'. And a beer truck by the church? Quick draw McGraw on that shot
Colorado in Color presents a series of photos, most of which were taken in September and November of 2010. Southwestern Colorado is featured, offering glimpses of the Great Sand Dunes, Gunnison, Leadville, the Royal Gorge, etc.
The photographs were taken primarily by myself and my wife, Lois Anne and are copyrighted by L & L Photography. All rights are reserved.
We have, as of February 2013, added our daughter, Denise Jelonek, a resident of Colorado, as a contributor to this blog. She is an excellent photographer and has many beautiful photographs to share.
Enjoy!

Love that first photo! (I really like this blog!)
Love the photo of the old church or was it a school house...maybe both. Great shot.

Almost on top of the world. Great shots. MB
The roadside church is great!
What a cute little town!
I think I already told you we don't have wooden houses here, maybe that's why I like them so much. That church is so cute!
Isn't Colorado beautiful?

Stunning view. How very beautiful
Oooh, I sure like what you did to the first one!
I wanted to take a picture of that church the last time we were there, and I didn't. I think that's part of Mt. Massive in the third photo.
